Did Walmart just deliver the best 4K exclusive for The Batman??

Though I knew a steelbook was coming from the competition, I was taken by surprise to see Walmart announce an exclusive gift set to celebrate the 4K UHD release of The Batman. It came in a couple days early, I turned on the camera and broke down what could be the best way to commemorate the newest Batman film.

Seeing this set gives me 2000s vibes since they used to make collector's editions for the Raimi Trilogy on DVD and Iron Man 1. Since we haven't had one in a while.

It looks good, but it is a waste of space. It might be justified if it has storage space for the eventual trilogy or something. But I’m glad you can separate the embossed art plate.

Agreed, hence purchased the Steelbook instead which has a simple but great cover imo.

Just saw this video and it’s really weird, in the UK we have a similar thing in Zavvi where it comes with two 4K steelbooks instead of the regular 4K in the USA, I have it and it was £75 and very difficult to get, I have no idea how much that was

I may have a problem but idc lol I loved this film so much. I preordered this 4k Walmart exclusive for the extra special feature disc and the overall presentation, as well as the 4k Best Buy exclusive because it’s an actual steelbook and I love the cover for it. Gonna display the steelbook instead of the standard 4k, and will probably end up gifting the standard ed. to someone

Great idea! Also, that third disc comes with any edition of the 4K version. The movie is literally too long that both the 4K and Blu Ray disc only have the movie on it. The special features needed a separate disc.

I might try to get the Walmart version too if I can. I was able to get the 4K Steelbook and going to pick it up at my local Best Buy today. This has been my favorite movie I’ve seen so far this year, and I’ve only seen 2. Though Thor: Love And Thunder might give this a good run.

No Way Home deserved the Gift Set treatment but the Walmart exclusive was pretty noice. Good for the Batman.

Great vid! I was about to pre-order this but tbh it looks lame. Not spending 40 bucks just for a big cardboard box and just pictures of batman. Defetnelty going for the steelbook.
