They were never a dynasty. Mahomes won super bowl MVP against the 49ers throwing 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions, while robbing Damien Williams of the award. He was then blown out against the GOAT when the refs weren't in his back pocket. We all saw that missed pass interference against the Eagles last season. It always happens in the fourth quarter...

I don't believe that they're a true Dynasty. They've been dominant in the regular season and hosted a bunch of playoff games but they have only been to 3 Superbowls and lost one of them in a horrific fashion. The Patriots appeared in the Superbowl 9 times with Tom Brady and three of those Superbowl appearances were consecutive in 2017, 2018, 2019. That's a true dynasty. I don't know if you can lable the Chiefs as a real dynasty when you look at real dynasty's like the Patriots in the 2000's and the Cowboy's in 90's and stack that up with the Chiefs and say that the Chiefs are still a dynasty.

Tom Brady was a Superbowl MVP in 2002, 2004, 2015, 2017, and 2021. In 5 of his 7 Superbowls he was the most valuable player in that game. Mahome's is never going to reach that level if he can't get mediocre WR's to play championship football consistently. He shouldn't be talking about needing more consistency this late in the season. The consistency isn't going to magically show up in December if it wasn't there all season. This is looking like a leadership flaw. I don't know if Mahomes can fix this mess as the leader on the team.

Brady also never won a super bowl MVP throwing 2 touchdowns to 2 interceptions. That doesn't get talked about enough. Mahomes made too many turnovers and not enough touchdowns to win anything against the Niners. It makes Tom's performance against the Rams in Super Bowl 36 look legendary in comparison.

Tom's 86 passer-rating against the Rams in his first super bowl was in a different era of football, when quarterbacks didn't receive free illegal contact and roughing the passer flags, says different. Patrick's rating was 78 in this soft era. Brady led the league in touchdown passes in 2002.

U need refs to give u calls to win. Just look at the rams a couple years ago they got calls against the bengals. It happens some teams get calls. Also again u can say it’s a soft era but Mahomes every Super Bowl has played the best defenses for that year that makes a difference. That’s 49ers defense is a lot better than that rams defense Brady played against. Also Brady last Super Bowl w the pats he won when he put up 13 points and his defense held the rams to 3 and that was in a “soft era”. So ur argument is pretty dumb that’s all I’m gonna say.

@@marcusyosif1041 The Rams were heavily favored by 14 points in Tom Brady's first Superbowl and the Rams had a 14-2 regular season record. It was the Rams third Super Bowl appearance in franchise history and the second in three seasons. That's what Brady was up against during his first Superbowl appearance. With 1:30 left in the 4th QT and no time outs Brady went down the field for the game winning field goal. Saying that Brady wasn't up against a great defense like the 49ers is ignorant when Tom Brady did what he did against an elite Rams defense in his first Superbowl being a 14 point underdog.

I heard this morning that Taylor Swift is renaming her current "The Eras Tour" to now be called "The Errors Tour" in honor of Travis Swift and his Chiefs Titanic sinking due to massive error icebergs that, despite Mahomes saying "If we clean it up, we can beat anybody", will not be cleaned up for the rest of this season. If this was Week 4 or even Week 8, you still have time to "clean it up". But this late in the season with two week remaining, Mahomes is dreaming of Santa Claus coming down the chimney to "clean it up" for his team - not just Andy Reid dressed up as Santa, but the *REAL* Santa ™ needs to help the Chiefs since the refs alone can no longer influence the game enough now for the Chiefs to win.

I LOVE the Chiefs! This is definitely hard to watch. 😢 I don't know how they are going to have to crunch numbers but their going to have to come up with some more money to get WR's. Yes, these new guy's might develop into great players, their all quite young, but will it be in time for Patrick? If Taylor and Travis work this all out I can see him retiring after his contract is up. Definitely going to be different for the kingdom this year. There's still two games. Maybe the Chiefs will be amazing on the road in the playoffs.

You need at least three rings in roughly 5 years to officially be called a Dynasty (80s 49ERS, 90S Cowboys 70s Steelers, the Lombardi Packers of old that won multiple championships etc). The Chiefs appear to be like a number of other 2 time superbowl champs who failed to become a dynasty.

Thats BULL. 49ers won 4 in 14 seasons Steelers 4 in 6, Redskins 3 (went to 4) in 10 seasons. All Dynasties. 5 straight AFC titles in 5 years and 2 SB championships and 1 loss in a sort of a dynasty. The old school Raiders went to 9 AFL/AFC championship games from '67-'77 but only went to 2 SBs and won one in that span and they were a dynasty. What really makes a team a dynasty is if they become hated by everyone for their success.

alll this rage coming from the Chiefs proves out, as it does in all top-tier level sports/athletes/big games of importance, just how huuuge the mental aspects are….in all athletes, individually or collectively, if it’s a team sport, staying, cool, calm, collected, wise, creative and focused are the hallmarks of true champions… hallmarks that often get dissolved into anger at times, even by the best of the best…. mental preparation for when/if things go south, should be every bit as important and put into repetitive practice alongside the plays and tackles… in my opinion.. which means nada🤷‍♀️😏😏
