Claiming to not recall when the emails state you did it should not prevent a full prosecution. These hearing tapes should be seen by all future Grand Juries for indictments. These cases should go forward once the republicans win in November.

He conspired with a grant applicant to help approve a grant that was deceptively written as to fund illegal gain of function research in Wuhan China and covered it up with his direct supervisor, Anthony Fauci. He is responsible for millions of people's lives, careers, reputations, and vaccine injuries, some of whom are not yet aware. This is one evil dude. He also asked for kickbacks from eco-health's Peter Danzig. That's all I've seen so far

If you want to see denial, check out some of the videos of the former Post Office CEO giving evidence at the public enquiry into Horizon (their bug filled IT system). She has very poor recall of anything that is documented that incriminates her or makes her look bad, but photographically perfect memory of conversations that are completely undocumented, but make her look good.

Comments on this video are very interesting. Everyone came to a similar conclusion as I. His body language appears to say that he has no intention of cooperating with the committee and has lots to hide. With every pointed question, his answer is “not to my knowledge” which is to say “I refuse to answer” except that it’s a lie. According to him, he has so little knowledge that it appears he should never have been with the NIH to begin with.
