Growing Up Without Borders

Күн бұрын

Hi Guys! We are still in Kochi, India. 🇮🇳❤️
After spending a night on the Grand Hyatt Bolgatty Houseboat, we moved to the hotel’s main building, where a surprise was waiting for us.
Knowing India was our 100th country, the amazing staff at the Grand Hyatt Bolgatty treated us to some delicious chocolate cake and a thoughtful message.
This lovely gesture made us feel truly special!
We chose the Grand Hyatt Bolgatty because it’s so much more than just a hotel! From spas and pools to restaurants and shops - there was plenty to see and do at this location. growingupwithoutborders.com/H...
In the previous video, we showed you the finger-licking international buffet dinner, but now we decided to try some new Thai recipes at the hotel’s Thai Soul restaurant.
Thai cuisine is one of our favourites, but we usually order the same dishes. This time it wasn’t the case. Everything we tried was brand new for us, and it tasted amazing. Plus, the food presentations were unique and inviting. Every bite was a new experience! Yum!
After such a filling lunch, we jumped on a traditional boat for a tour of Kerala’s Backwaters, during which we learned many facts about the local history and culture.
We saw many traditional houses, unusual Chinese fishing nets unique to the Kochi area, and even dolphins. Chantal and the girls also got the chance to steer the boat’s helm. How exciting!
If you ever find yourself in Kochi, we highly recommend that you take a boat tour!
The next morning, we had one of the best experiences in India - a traditional Kerala breakfast, and we ate just like locals do. You can check the full Live update video from a few months ago here 👉 • WE CAME ALL THE WAY TO... .
Having such a filling breakfast called for rest and relaxation! Just kidding. But we were not going to pass up the opportunity to treat ourselves to a massage and a nice spa pampering. And while we were doing this, the girls enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool.
As Julia said, the Grand Hyatt Bolgatty felt a lot like a cruise and we loved every bit of it. If you ever come to Kochi, this is the place to stay!
Stay tuned and subscribe for more upcoming videos from our adventure around India!

@dhe'Dude And that is what you want to tell a visitor, traveling all the way to see the country’s beauty and diversity? You can see abject poverty, filth, open defecation and the pathetic plight of veterans who staked their lives for USA in the very heart of Los Angeles but I haven’t heard an American talk about his country like you talk about yours. Unless each of us do our bit to improve the situation we will never be even like USA. And many developed countries are far better than USA.

And britian become richer by looting 45 trillions in the form of gold /precious stones/gems /rubies of kings those days. One of the temple in kerala hold 25 to 40 billion worth of gold and precious diamonds which was hiddem from british invasion of india.. and there r still few vaults in thiz temple which wree not open to public or world..similary other famous temples hold huge amount of vast wealth But corruption in india is the worst. India is slowly but surely changing next 25 years u will see india back in its glory days

No. 13 basically says we Indians are in demand. But hope they are profiting but not damaging us - Facebook, Whatsapp and Google through unscrupulous methods. Getting back to the vlog, nice to see the bright side of things because some of the dark side like the slums or touts or filth is depressing.
