You can also deflect missiles from the Unknown Corruption Complex. It seems that the only things you can't deflect are lasers and ether based projectiles (from corrupted enemies).

You have to run until their posture changes a bit. Characters also have special attacks for when you are in this state. You can see sol11 go from a jog to a full run here 1:08
