For as long as I have lived here I have been so deeply fascinated by these sounds. If you have been following me for some time you might have heard me talk about this before.
The sound of the ice is among the most beautiful and magical sounds I know, and I also believe that the sound can have a very healing effect on humans.
The singing ice can remind us of the sounds that the whales use to communicate with each other . And just like the ice, most of the sounds are such low frequency that you can not even hear it. Only barely feel it.
It also reminds many people of the sounds that can be heard from inside womb. Maybe thats why it has such a calming effect on many people?
So, my recordings is only giving you a little part of the magical feeling you get from the singing ice. The sounds in my video can't represent the whole feeling of being out on the ice and hear and FEEL the sounds. But at least I hope to give you a little glimpse of these musical concerts by the ice.
Let me now if you like it or not! :)
THANK YOU FOR WATCHING! ♥

This life is frozen. Are you prepared for this? She makes it look wonderful and cozy lying on the ice. But it is not cozy. When a huge lake like this freezes all over, they had cold temperatures for several weeks. The air is minus 15 to minus 25 degrees Celsius. The ground is frozen into several meters below ground. This is even colder than inside your freezer.

@@paulinarios3665 Idk what are you trying to say. I'm not talking about the moving camera that can be necessary for particular scenes but not for the whole film. OP said "better than movies" and I'm opposing it because they probably have limited film taste and haven't seen good foreign films with NON-MOVING camera angles and great cinematography so that's why they don't know there are incredible movies, documentaries out there. I'm not telling that her videos are not good, I love this youtuber, her videos and love for nature are so cool but I just disagree with the comment.

me and my partner live close to a huge lake, and sometimes during winter we cross the lake at night when it's pitch black, with only the light from the stars, moon and snow to guide us, and we hear the ice sing and vibrate under our feet, it's absolutely magical!! Meh, to be honest music nowadays makes herretic feelings building up inside me, ngl but when I listen to the ice singing, or the summer night, or the windy winter mountain, it brought sense of relief and relaxation to me, the nature's rhythm is like a mother's lullaby, even if the air is cold, warmth builds up inside So I kinda understands how she feels abt that ice singing

Water has memories, imagine all the memories a river can hold: it could have been the blood of our ancestors, raindrops cascading down the windows of a poetic bookstore, it could also have been a cup of tea. It has heard millions of conversations, and millions of magical sounds just like this one throughout the history of our planet.There is so much behind this magestic ice sounds. it feels like the spirit of water is retelling all the things it has heard in an ancient forgotten language...

@@lovamigaming2569 If you're a troll, I'll give probs to you, but in case you're not, I don't want you to die in a frozen lake, so: If you ever happen to be on a frozen lake or river - which is dangerous in general and should be avoided if possible and, if not, should only be done very carefully when the ice is really, really thick - and you see and/or hear the ice crack around you or near you, you should get off the ice carefully, but as quickly as possible, because there is a great risk that it is going to break. This would cause you to fall through the ice into the very cold water, sending your body into a shock. This shock would probably cause you to start thrashing the water/ice trying to get out, but because you can't orientate yourself, it is possible that you only make your (already bad) situation even worse by exhausting yourself, breaking more ice, hurting yourself and get even wetter and colder. At this point, you have a very good risk of drowning in the icy water, but even if you manage to get out of the water, you now have a high risk of freezing to death. Long story short: Cracking ice ==> breaking ice ==> very dangerous. Be careful and get off immediatly if you hear suspicious noises. Thank you for reading, stay safe, have a nice day.

Makes me feel all good. Especially the feeling that this person is truly genuine and gets what it's really all about. I skipped a rock over a frozen pond once. It made a sound I've never heard, it's was like a Lazer beam or a large cable reverberation like a giant guitar string. I'll probably never hear that exact sound again due to the dynamics like ice thickness and water depth. Truly amazing, my friend and I looked at each other with the same thought. Wow!! Never heard that sound before... Amazing beautiful mysterious planet we call home....

The singing of the ice Every day when I go to the lake I hear this sound so I went towards the sound I looked benead the ice and saw a little girl she was staring right at Me, when I got home I told my mom about her and she said to never go near the lake again. A few years later I heard a whisper from outside my room and I went outside and followed the voice and what I saw was the little girl standing on the ice, I walked towards her as I took my first step on they ice it cracked a little I walked either towards the girl another crack I looked at the ice and then back at the girl but she was gone and that's when I heared her voice behind me saying"you're back" I quickly turned around and then with one loud crack in was greeted with darkness and a burning coldness as I struggled to breath I heared the singing the sound surrounded me and then complete darkness.

@Aberrantly

What talent, what effort? You honestly don't think that she made this video all on her own? She likely had a whole crew behind it, and what talent exactly does it take to describe ice when not even actually describing it? She didn't even mention just how those sounds came to be, only that they did. The real talent here is from those who actually made it. So, huge respect to whoevever that designed the drones being used for this video, whoever created the song being used, as well as to Google for letting her skim some money off the top of a frozen lake.
