Seller's are not willing to negotiate their asking price. Some are increasing their asking price on the MLS.

Hie Dem love the video and i have a qn?.Why do Canadians love carpets? I mean i recently immigrated to Canada & i am shocked how so many homes have carpets even those on real estate channels on KZfaq.Carpets hoard so much dust & dirt but seems like Canadians love them.Why?

Great question! I guess we just like the warm fuzzy carpet on our feet because it’s so cold outside most of the time lol. 🤷🏻♂️

I know wood floors are popular but people don’t think the flooring is complete without a rug. ( in which is a “ catch all “ also)
