Wenn diese Maschine ordentlich gewartet und gepflegt wird,hält die garantiert noch 180 Jahre,weiter so,eine wunderschöne Dampfmaschine,die hätte ich gerne in meiner größeren Wohnung!

Absolutely great to see an engine on steam and at it's working speed! You have captured The sight and sound is just perfectly in the video 👍. The engine looks really well looked after, and is a credit to the people that looks after it. Watching and listening to this is so calming 😊

The novelist HG Wells wrote a novel called The Lord of the Dynamos, about Azuma- Zi, a man from a far away place, with an unpleasant boss, who regards a huge Dynamo engine as some sort of deity. I wonder if it might have looked like this. This engine's layout reminds me rather of a Snow American gas compressor engine.

You can see the pole pieces with their coils on the flywheel rim. This was typical at this time. The same generator type wit the same speed (120 rpm) was installed in the hydraulic power station of Aarau. Even its sound was the same...

@@gerhardalt7895 beim Technikgeschichtlichen Verein Zürcher Unterland in Schlieren in der Schweiz. Ist oben in der Beschreibung verlinkt. Kann sein dass es in Mannheim eine ähnliche Maschine gibt.

@@Tag-Traeumer 220 V between the Phases. A Single Phase to Neutral is 127 V. So you could power common Household Appliances by wiring them like 380 V Triple-Phase ones.

Es gibt eine Art Superträgheit demnach einer bewegten Masse ein BremsImpuls abgenommen werden kann ohne dass sich diese Masse entsprechend Proportional verlangsamt. Eigentlich eine tolle Maschine und staunend zu betrachten - wenn nicht die Kameraführung eine einzige Katasatrophe wäre!!! Dieses zappelige Hin- und Hergegurke ist nicht anzuschauen. Schade. Deshalb einen Daumen nach unten.
