What these guys may lack in technical skill, they more than make up for in sheer balls. And honestly, from watching the highlights, the technical skill of the fighters in Top Dog has gone WAY up since the early days. I just hope that no matter how big they get, even if they're filling stadiums ten years down the road, they never get rid of the haybales. It's a wonderful "underground fight club" touch.

There are numerous bareknuckle and MMA organizations in the West too. Not to mention the Swedish no-rule fight club, King of the Streets, which hosts the most brutal fights out there. Even biting and eye-gouging are allowed.

I agree they may not have the greatest technical strikes but they are way better then most they all throw bolos and actually land unlike 99% of American low level fights and fighters ! Traditional Boxing is actually more dangerous than bare knuckle. Bare knuckle is more acute facial injuries while boxing is more long term brain damage.

I can understand that sentiment. But we're talking about willing participants. Also, combat is basically hardwired into us to the point that... well, look at this right here. Even with all the technology and "advancement", we are viscerally drawn to things like this. This is not a new concept, sh@t like this has been going down literally since the dawn of man. And every single time you try to fight biology 😐 you lose. Every time 👍
