Direction of the top cover holding barrel is wrong.!! You cannot connect high pressure pipe Allen bolts at the end, may be you changed the top cover direction in place..???

Hi.. why do they say here that removing delivery valve is not necessary? Any idea why that is?

Most probably the chances of it gets damage are very rare.....

@@marinermind761 how bout checking the nrv from the delivery valve? Isnt that necessary? Sorry i am more familiar with B&W as well as hyundai and have little experience with daihatsu

Man overhaul procedure is correct but checking of base circle is wrong please read the manual before u post and u can’t adjust timing with shims here

So you are changing the plunger every time you open the pump.... Which company are you working with.....???? We change plunger barell as a set and it is condition based...... No company will give you so many sets to change everytime you open.... They will ask you samething.... Are u fu*kin* joking fool....
