Amazing advice. “Hunger is a better indicator than counting calories.” That’s really reassuring to know, thanks Harry. 🙂 Top content.
@82vitt
@82vitt Жыл бұрын
Keep in mind that he is a pro athlete who's done this for years (and seems to understand nutrition and sports nutrition too) so even when he says things like "eat off hunger, and not calories" or "I don't really weigh my food" etc. this doesn't mean it's all chaotic. When you understand what you are doing and have experience you can improvise. It wouldn't work for someone who doesn't understand nutrition which is not just about the macro nutrients and calories, but also about supplying the right amount of micronutrients. He's likely done calorie counting and macronutrient tracking before so even if not intentionally counting them anymore, he is aware of how much is roughly in every meal.

Great video Harry. The food looked truly delicious. Question: you seem to have a lot of sugary items. How do you find this on your daily energy levels? Do you find you’re constantly in peaks and troughs? I gave up carbs a year or so ago to help sustain my energy (I compete at age group triathlon standard) and it worked well.
