IF helps me counter metabolic symdrom. highblood, diabetics and gut issues. 2 authors wont break us from ancient and proven effective to resets n stressful health caring. we do IF to improve our health and losing weight is just a bonus. ❤ i was under maintainance before doin' Omad/warriors diet keep me out of meds.

Thank you po doc! Eto na nga po sinusunod ko na diet fasting magdamag for 12 hrs at bawas na sa carbs at sugar normal diet na lang mas healthy for me dahil na din sa age ko na malapit na magsenior 😅
