My diagnosis was 2013... some of my family decided I was already dead. Later they claimed I was faking ms. I been dealing with ms holistically. Water, sunlight, fish and dark greens, helps me alot. I do have diplopia, it's a pain but I'm doing well, proper sleep super great. I take tons of vitamins daily...

@@__Wanderer I was diagnosed this year March. I take Vitamin D3 with K2 (MK7), Vitamin C, Probiotics, and Omega 3. I was on Keto but because of Dr. Wahls I switched to Paleo. I eat a lot of foods rich in sulfur like Onions and Garlic. Green leafy veggies (Dark ones the better), Cruciferous, Fruits as well. Also Celery is good too. I also introduced Animal Organs like Beef Heart, Liver, and Kidney (Grassfed). Exercise, PT, OT, and Meditation highly recommended

I went to New York, from New Zealand for a 2 week visit, 2 years ago. I already don't have gluten and dairy. I didn't know the food in NY, , so I lived on steamed chicken and veges, from a Chinese takeaway, with no sauces on, , and lots of fruit. I took some vitamin tablets with lots of magnesium. I had never felt better, full of energy, and happy as! Came back to NZ, went back to gluten free toast, and going out to cafes... Back to sick again. So hopefully this program will help me stick to it. I already ordered the recipe book.

Eating well and taking supplements and healing the gut are crucial to good health. Which has been my experience. You would think that that would be a no brainer but these MDs still deny that it could have any impact. Even though I documented what I ate and showed them what happened the next day, in terms of my symptoms. Having MDs support us, like those on this channel gives me hope.

The underlying cause or causes of MS remain a mystery. And she has made no efforts, as far as I know, to fund or help fund clinical studies on nutritional cures for MS. Read the works of Grant Genereux for better information on MS and other so-called auto-immune diseases.

Not many people talk about heavy metals/ toxins in the environment/ food.. ms is an autoimmune disease.. your immune system wouldnt attack itself for no reason. It could be trying to react to something like mercury, arsenic, lead etc... this is a very tricky area.. if you bring it up to a dr, they wont even test you 90% of the time.. I requested it and they said my arsenic levels were super high. Regular range was something like 1-50 and mine was close to 100. I was eating (UNRINSED) Rice daily for years. Rice, even if rinsed, absorbs arsenic from the ground.. and I was cooking it without rinsing it off first... I cut it out of my diet and havent eaten it for the past year but my Ms-like symptoms are still here. Despite the followup arsenic test showing it went way down only like a month later. But even if your blood levels are down.. these metals store in your bones, organs and brain if you have been having consistent exposure.. So I have to somehow safely remove in from my body which some say is not really possible from chronic exposure.. But you have to believe. Alpha lipoic acid is supposed to be able to help protect and repair myelin on the nerves and remove heavy metals from the body. Even passing the blood brain barrier which many things cant.. Though My mris and ct scans showed no lesions to confirm and Ms diagnosis.. I feel like my body is experiencing something like that. Its not normal to have burning pain in the face and forehead, dizziness, trouble focusing and thinking for 1 year straight.. some days are better than others but It hasnt gone anywhere.

I was told early on in 1998, strange symptoms, a MRI was to expensive for someone like me! Five years later a new Dr. sent me for a MRI, that dx cost me everything - my license, career, freedom, and a wife. Life is good now. A little pain there, but after watching and hearing her - simply put from a totally palsy state(brain & body) in 2003 to a diet change including sound therapy in 2007 to an almost total reversal of those MS swings to a very mobile state. To add I never took any drugs to combat MS. That state includes cognitive and physical state of mind. However, I may feel normal but MS rears its ugly head from time to time.

@@franciellenunes8552 - And doesn't he also say you should take K2 along with the extreme high dose vitamin D? I bought a book about the protocol last year though I've still to read it. Vitamin D is a really a magical thing though with MS there is at least potential for the K2 to be the star of the show due to its effects on the brain. Having said that it is probably more likely they work together in synergy. Do you know if Portugese speaking countries have lower rates of MS and/or higher rates of recovery?
@franciellenunes8552
@franciellenunes8552 3 жыл бұрын
@@colinthomson5358 In relation to taking vitamin K together, yes at first it is part of the protocol. Fuction of it has to do with helping calcium to go straight to the bones and not stay in the kidneys and let the excess calcium generated by high consumption of vitamin D occasionally cause kidney failure. However, over the course of many years of study by Dr. Coibra, the creator of the Protocol with the treatment of high doses ended up realizing that although vitamin K is very good it is not entirely effective for this, however he found that instead of vitamin k2 which would prevent patients from having serious renal failure on a calcium and magnesium restricted diet. It is not that vitamin K2 is not good, it is still included in the protocol (especially for patients who can afford it), but the reality is that many financial conditions exist to buy everything. So the basis of the protocol today is a high dose of vitamin d (it will depend on each case), magnesium, omega 3, and the other vitamins dependent on the financial situation of the patient (k2, coenzyme q10, riboflavin, zinc, complex b. ..). In view of my research, I believe that yes, vitamin K2 is very good, but the great cure star for ALL autoimmune diseases and that includes multiple sclerosis is vitamin D. Now these days I have had the joy of knowing that a scientific work international study on the Coimbra protocol was accepted in the international health journal. This work was entitled: "Resistance to vitamin D as a possible cause of autoimmune diseases: a hypothesis proven by a therapeutic protocol of vitamin D in high doses". I believe that the title of scientific research itself was self-explanatory and demonstrated why vitamin D is the big star. Regarding epidemiological data, I have nothing concrete, but I can tell you what I have seen the doctors citing, I have seen somewhere a data that says that only 5% are not fully cured (however, these would be alcoholic patients or smokers, in advanced states of the disease and who almost certainly have emotional problems such as stress and worry). Honestly speaking to you, I have never seen a single case that has not healed. I have been looking for information over the years to help my husband to heal (which in fact came about with this protocol). Here in Brazil, I follow social networks and several people who have done / do the treatment. All are healed or are healing. It is even exciting to talk about it, because I saw and witnessed many cases of people who were no longer walking and running again, people who did not see seeing again, in short the cure for everything. I think the treatment is a little better known here (in Brazil), although even many doctors are unaware of the treatment or do not specialize in order to treat patients with vitamins, the vast majority of people / patients / doctors kill themselves until today hostages of the pharmaceutical industry that always brings more problems as side effects than any cure. I do not know where you are from, but I know that there are doctors qualified in several countries to prescribe this protocol, although they are few, I am not afraid to do it without the help of a doctor, it is necessary to have frequent tests to evaluate the kidneys and so on. Even here in Brazil, I believe that we have around 30 doctors in the entire country alone. For those who came to know the cure this is very sad to know. Sorry for the long text and my bad English, I am not a native speaker. I hope I have clarified some of your doubts.

I'm being tested for lupus and have done alot of research. The first thing I did was getting a food sensitivity test. Tomatoes are my nemesis. I am also sensitive to olive oil, wheat and scallops. You might be surprised as to what your body hates. I also got a Dutch test. My estrogen, progesterone and testosterone are in the tank. I also got 4 colonics, electro lymphatic treatments and ozone treatmemts. If you have MS I beg you to do a KZfaq video: Dr. Howard Liebowitz/Ozone/MS.

I have relapsing ms. My son and husband could be working in Iowa if I asked them which means that I could come up there. They are, I was, an Industrial Electrician. I would like to be in a study like this. I BELIEVE that I've had symptoms of MS since about 1981/82, I was just diagnosed in 2022.... I'm tough, please let me be in a similar study.

Interesting comment in the video regarding microbiome deficiency of one specific bacteria... I just found someone reviewing a study indicating that a week long potato only diet significantly increased the bio diversity in the gut after an unknown time when the person was consuming a substantial array of fresh veg and fruit... potatoes are very pre biotic and my be a beneficial addition to this diet ... and one of the keys is to consume fiber that ferments in the lower intestine

Just make sure it's organic because I just read that potatoes are sprayed with glyphosate/herbicides.

Nightshades should be consumed periodically or not at all.. the glycoalkoids, solanine and nicotine outweigh the benefits if your gut bacteria is not diverse and plentiful enough to handle the extra toxins. Gotta make sure your lymphatic system can filter those said toxins as well.. meaning do NOT cover your armpits with aluminum based deodorants... or any at that. If you have bo.. u need to detox.

This is quite fascinating! I have been eliminating foods by way of low FODMAP, due to major GI issues. Do I just take out the items I react to, from the recipes, as they have a lot of low FODMAP No, No’s in them, or things I react to, for some unknown reason. Is there a list of substitute foods when you like the idea of the recipe, but you can’t eat any nightshade plants like tomatoes, etc.. I’m not use to cooking as I’m autistic and dyslexic, but I want to give this all I have to see if it helps all the current medical conditions, especially sojourns, RA, Dysutonomia, neropathy, etc..

This is kind of "out there" as of now, but let me ask this rhetorical question. We see that people can reverse or halt chronic conditions with this diet. I am wondering about those on dialysis. Can healing and recovery be significant enough that the kidneys start working again? One has to ask, right? Thank you.
