I have a question . Billing ke bare mein as per PWD norms , any govt norms kaise hum boq prepare karte hain iske barein mein kuch knowledge dijiye sir . BOQ kaise malum karenge ki client thik rate dal raha hain ya nahin . Please agar ho sakta hain to boliye sir .
