For practical application of PIR sensor vs microwave sensor in an LED bulb, if you've a small room or bathroom where you want to install a motion sensor bulb, then can PIR be a better choice? With microwave sensor, it keeps turning out even when you pass in front of the room but do not enter it.

Hi bro, which sensor will be best suitable for controlling ceiling fan between pir and microwave, because when thr celling fan will be under rotation it will be equivalent to some movement and thr sensor will probably catch it and it may not go to switch off mode. So how to resolve this issue and which sensor will be suitable for that purpose as per you expertise suggestion?

Got confused with the Khalifa-s, eh? Jokes apart, I am looking for a motion sensor with lux sensitivity that will push notifications & launch Alexa subroutines. Problem is that most wifi motion sensors available in India don't have lux level control. So in effect these sensors keep on sending notifications throughout the day when its not required and quickly run out of batteries. Therefore, one option is to bypass the batteries. Can you help with that?

Yes you can.. if exhaust fan current rating is high, then you can attach high amp relay to the output of this sensor and then operate the fan on it

@@shivkumar-xx5fz mayne dono type ka sensor use karke dekha... Mujhe accha laga microwave sensor.... Thora Duri me Microwave sensor better Response kar raha hay... But microwave sensor me not only human, kuch bhi movement hoga to activate ho jayega, & PIR sensor me only Human or animals can be detected.... Distance jitna dur hoga small movement, low speed movement & small object movement jayse ki Hand, leg movement ko catch karna kam ho jayega... Big movement jayse ki full body movement ko catch korega... Phir bhi 100ft bohot jada distance hay... Bohot acche se active nehi hoga Har bar .... 30-40 ft me bohot acche se catch kar raha tha mera ... & Iye wala sensors ka quality accha hay...

In a microwave motion sensor set up, does one need to keep moving minimal to keep the light on or if the human is not moving around also it would work ?

movement is required thats why it is called motion sensor. You can increase the time delay. After that time delay if no movement is there, then the load will switch off.
