Hi. Thank you for all your insight and videos. I’m seeing my ortho for a follow up today. I have a horizontal cleavage tear of the medial meniscus with inferior articular surface flap component . I have very little pain, discomfort. I am super stiff when bending and scaling stairs hurts. I borrowed a knee compression sleeve from my dad and have been wearing for a few days. I have a pretty physical job with 12K steps per day and a lot of bending of bad knee. Should I be against surgery if that’s what is suggested? It’s been 2 weeks since I heard a crunch in the knee, pain has gotten a little better but swelling has remained. I’m very gun shy about going back to work as to not “make it worse”. Thoughts?

Does it also hurt at the back of the knee? I think I currently have that, it hurts even when laid down, I had an ACL surgery long ago, but also a meniscus tear, don't know the type.
