My Interpretation: As seen in Different View of Harmony, AJ's H-medallion messes with dimensions a la every decision one way or another splits the universe into two dimensions where each path was took. The medallion's trick is that it will pull AJ's conscious out of any path that leads to her death. So what happens if that medallion is cracked? Lightning dust swipes the H-medallion from AJ but gets thrown to the ground, cracking the medallion. They're both pulled into a void between dimensions where self-perception becomes reality. They begin a fight where they perceive themselves to counter and counter-counter each other's form. Snow beats leaf, hot air balloon beats snow, rocket beats balloon, flame beats rocket, water beats flame, lightning beats water, etc. Along the way, there are flashes of AJ and Lightning Dust in pony form punching each other in the face, but here's the kicker - that's actually a metaphor. The literal reality happening is the duel between perception forms, and the punching between pony forms is a metaphorical representation of the fight. That's the crazy thing about the void between worlds they are stuck in. The grim part about this is that in a void between worlds where perception is reality, both fighters are no longer bound by sleep, fatigue, hunger, and possibly pain. This fight could go on forever... Also, the multicolored loop cloud is probably a reference to string theory. String theory posits that the fundamental building blocks of everything in the universe are strings that are vibrating at different rates. They are usually depicted as small, undulated rubber bands, just like in that cloud. String theory also explains why the big bang happened, somehow, so it could also describe what happens inbetween universes. Or maybe I'm just overthinking this. Either way, thank you for the animation!

Are you killing all of the characters off? Rarity broke into shards, and now AJ stuck in a weird dimension.

So the first part is quite clear. Lightning Dust takes AJ's medallion and attempts to fly away with it. But AJ catches her with lasso and slams her to the ground, breaking the medallion in the process. After this, it gets a bit confusing. It appears that they were sucked into some interdimension within the medallion, and afterwards, they are both in a race to escape (a race to the top). But they can't travel using their usual physical bodies, so must assume different matter or states of matter. Not sure if only one of them could escape, but they seemed to believe that since they continued to battle each other. Though it didn't matter in the end cause now both of them are trapped.

I have a feeling killme2paza wants to end MLP animations (of the Mane 6 at least) so they're killing off the Mane characters.

*Mare-Do-Well is back!!!* ...and she maybe in some weird dimension now, but she'll be fine because she's Applejack/Mare-Do-Well.

What I see, basically when the H thing broke it caused a rift that sucked the two up. This made them able to change into different shapes and items. If they hadn't thought it would of been fixed. But, since they did fight it ended up breaking it more and more until they both ended up either dead or trapped inside of the rift with no escape. This is just my thoughts might be diffrent if I watch it more than one time.

Whoah! These flame-, electricity-, water-, snow-animations are very slick! All the particle effects are very cool too.

Did they get taken to a different dimension to fight forever?
