I have recently tried this on a smaller local scale here in Denmark, but i actually ended up in a heated argument with a parking-guard from the parking company Euro-park, that i apparently was trying to rob him of % on his income and he became very aggressive. It turned out i apparently could be charged by his company if his or their income was hurt by my actions that simply were to tell people parking illegally that they had parked illegally and should move. They parking guard was by observation on our side only spotted in that area a maximum of 5-10 mins. every week on a single pass through, as i had an apartment just across with a view of the area. I respect your effort and work!

Why are you not using the type of sticker that rips in to tiny pieces and leaves glue on the windshield. That would teach a very valuable lesson in how frustrating it is to break the law and place people in danger.

You should get stickers made that part themselves into tiny pieces so they can't be so easily peeled off. Here in Switzerland, the yearly motorway sticker is made in such a way, so that it can't be reused on a different car.
