Onida is my best fevorite television . It is no.1 best TV to produce excellent sound . ONIDA KY OXYGEN THUNDER 21" TV still running now, thats my goodness

I just bought ONIDA Fire TV edition and till now it preforms really well Coustomer Care also very responsive with in 6 months they call me 2 times for my feedback everything is good.....

Onida is 💕. First tv in our home in early 90s. It was a 14" b/w crt one and very few homes in our village used to have a tv those days. Lots of memories with it especially watching Mahabharat , Ramayan, Krishna, Alif Laila, Chandrakanta, Shaktiman, Captain Vyom etc. Still functional but we got it replaced in 2004 with color tv.

Very simplistic video. Marketing comes a distant second when Indian consumer is out in market to buy a high ticket item. The reason they failed - 1) Akai/Aiwa came with exchange offers and lot many other offers to get buyers on board 2) Sony LG came with modern technologies 3) LG/Samsung established a very solid service network

The video looks only at one perspective of the brand.. Its not just advertising and positioning that make or break the brand. Perhaps, the product upgrade and technology as well that matter. When the other leading brands were keen on better technology and bigger dize TV sets Onida was continusly unable to compete,and still selling the CRT tv sets not seeing the changed technology preferences.

Keltron Tv us samay jyada famous tha, Koi bhi product suruvat mai uski acchi Advertising se accha bik sakta hai par usko agar market mai lambe samay tak rehna hai to time ke saat uski quality bhi behtar banani chahiye, Onida ne sirf advertising pe dyan diya product ki quality pe nahi diya, Sony Tv ki quality itni behtar hai ki log usko hi jyada kharid te hai Sony Tv ki kitni ADD aaj ki date mai TV par aati hai bahut hi kaam par fir bhi Sony ka tv uski quality ki vajah se bikta hai .

मैं १९९० में जब ओनीडा कलर tv लेने गया तब ये tv विडियोकॉन, क्राउन, कल्याणी शार्प, नेलको ब्लू डाईमंड टाटा, uptron ये तव थे मगर ओनीडा अच्छा था मगर इसका प्राइस बहोत ज़्यादा था और इशारे में वो घमंडी था, तब लोगों ने क्राउन और विडियोकॉन लिये।

I like Onida products TV/ AC/ Liliput washing machine. All are quality products. If marketing strategy is changed in respect of white goods where customers hear more of Dealers words, again it will come back.

Until 1996, Onida was using Toshiba Japan technology, until then there was no problem. Later on, the technology changed and many TV sets started failing in the warranty period, this was also a reason behind Onida.

Seriously, if it would have adapted well with the market, today we'd have had a an Indian brand in electronics providing top notch Products. We got our TV somewhere in 2005 and its still does its work without any issues inspite of the unusual wear and tear caused by house shifting multiple times. Nevertheless, I believe every dog has his day! Wishing for its grand presence in the market again!
