ഇപ്പോൾ മനസ്സിലായിതുടങ്ങി എല്ലാവർക്കും എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ബാലചന്ദ്രകുമാർ കേസ് കൊടുക്കാൻ ഇത്രയും നാൾ വൈകിയത് എന്ന്. പീഡനം, കൊള്ള, കൊല, ബലാത്സംഗം, കൊട്ടേഷൻ ഇതിന്ടെ എല്ലാം ഉസ്താദ് ആണ് ദിലീപ് എന്ന പുന്നാര മോൻ. കോടതി സത്യസന്ധമായി നീതി വിധിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ ജനങ്ങൾ ഇങ്ങനെ ഉള്ളവരെ നേരിടണം....

Judiciary is still the only relief for the public, including those who are wrongfully accused and persecuted by the incompetent and utterly corrupt police force all across India. If Kerala Police was honest, they would never have to resort to leaking evidence in media before it reaches the court. Equally incompetent media are biased and always building a narrative that pleases the laymen who don’t have any legal knowledge. Nikesh is the best example of a biased anchor. Try to read the judgment in Bishop Franco’s case to understand how the police, prosecution, and the so-called victim plant or suppress evidence to win a bogus case. But the media will continue ridiculing the bishop and make it appear as if the court was corrupt.

വളരെ കൃത്യവും സ്പഷ്ടവുമായ ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ, അതുപോലെ തന്നെ ഉത്തരങ്ങളും.. ഇനി ഇതൊക്കെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചു വിട്ടതോ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇതും ഒരു പ്ലേ ആണോ എന്നു മനസ്സിലാക്കണം. ഒരുപക്ഷെ ഇപ്പോൾ പേടി കൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാവും ഇപ്പോ ഒരു തുറന്നു പറച്ചിൽ, എന്തായാലും ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു കാര്യം ചെയ്തത് നന്നായി സായ്... പിന്നെ വെറുതെയല്ല രാഹുലും സജിയും എല്ലാം "എന്ത് തെളിവ് കിട്ടി ?" ഒന്നും കോടതിയിൽ നിൽക്കില്ല എന്നൊക്കെ ഇത്ര confidence ആയി പറയുന്നത്. ഒന്നും തിരികെ കിട്ടില്ല എന്ന ഉറപ്പ് അവർ ക്കു കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്

സായി ശങ്കറിന്റെ വേറെ ബ്ലാക്ക് മെയിൽ കേസുകൾ പോലീസ് കുത്തിപ്പൊക്കിയത് കൊണ്ടാകാം വളരെ പെട്ടെന്ന് സായി ശങ്കർ മൊഴി മാറ്റിയത്. പിന്നെ കൂടുതൽ ശക്‌തമായ തെളിവുകൾ ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ ഓഡിയോ ക്ലിപ്പുകൾ hear say ആയിട്ട് മാത്രമേ കോടതി പരിഗണിക്കുകയുള്ളു. മണി ആശാന്റെ മൂന്നു പേരെ കൊന്നുവെന്നുള്ള പ്രസംഗത്തിന്റെ അവസ്ഥ ഇപ്പോൾ എന്തായി.

yes, as per his words, the council of advocates made him sign the document telling him/ what sai understood was anticipatory bail application, but without his knowledge was changed it file harassment against police.
