Hi Bharat You missed an important ingrediant spice in this recipe. Its yellow chilli powder. Secondly, if one wants to enjoy the street flavour, prepare the chole with dirty hands😁😁

Hi Bharat, love your cooking with simplified explanation as well as your interesting theories behind the way things are done in Indian cooking. I made this chole and they turned out great. I also tried making your dum biryani which i really loved with such aromatic flavors. I have a request, would you also be make a kulcha from scratch :) I am not in India and i do miss chole kulche from Delhi. I'd appreciate if you can also add Old delhi style kulchas.
