I don’t understand why they inserted footage from a foreign show into Dimash’s performance? It is clear to everyone that these people would not understand anything even if Dimash personally sang in their ears.

The performance is real, the judging panel is not. This is a mashup video created by a fan who thought it would be "nice" to pair his performance with a panel of judges judging something else altogether. Sorry you got dragged into this.
