His decision to leave was not only valid, but completely honorable. The amount of disrespect towards him, especially from RuPual, was uncalled for and embarrassing. He has the rare combination of an astounding natural gift and extensive, life-long training. He recognized his unfair advantage and made the correct decision. My apologies to Dimash for being so unfairly chastised by this country. Not only does he share his incredible gift with the world, but he shares his incredible heart as well.

The truth is they need Dimash but Dimash doesn’t need them. They don’t really that, haha Dimash is the best singer I’ve ever seen. A talented, humble and friendly person.

Dimash is indisputably the best singer in the world. Even years later, I cringe and am embarrassed by the amount of disrespect he received from the American judges. His decision to leave the competition was honorable.

This editing is BS. I was there. The audience was booing the judge's comments, they were not cheering as this version depicts. And this performance was truly incredible. We were all speechless. This video doesn't even do it justice. Just incredible.

Not a single person on that stage was worthy to judge this young man. RuPaul embarrassed himself (that is a common occurrence with him, sadly) but also embarrassed us all with his vulgarity. Dimash, didn't need this win but knew it would help another young person to get it. I pray that he is blessed many times over and manages to escape the dark side of the music industry before it destroys his gentle spirit.

Before agreeing to join "The World's Best (TWB)" competition, Dimash asked Show Producers if he would have to compete against children and was assured he would not. In the Kazakh culture children are encouraged, enheartened, inspired, and supported, NOT pitted against adults. It's a cultural thing, as the Kazakh judge pointed out during the broadcast of Dimash's last performance on TWB. Most viewers were not aware that contestants were sequestered, so that contestants did not come in contact with each other. A rather odd arrangement compared to the camaraderie you sometimes see on other competition shows. Also interesting is a few judges admitted they knew Dimash would win. With the strong allure of the glitz, glamour, and glory attributed to "show biz", anyone who would voluntarily give up a $milllion$ and/or the chance to further one's self in the biz is crazy. Crazy? Or was it simply the "right thing to do"? For Dimash it was "The Right Thing To Do". His many humanitarian interests and involvements described on his Wikipedia page - are not just empty words, but backed by action.

Wow I never knew something like this happened in the US, I feel awful for DImash. Dimash has a sincere heart, but in a way Americans probably took this as arrogance because when he said he would back out to give others an opportunity, it made it seem as though he already knew he was the best. But I think the judges confused arrogance with mere facts. His voice is unlike anything we have heard before and those that listen know it. If the judges had a heart, they would know that his voice touches the soul not just the senses. Dimash should have never enrolled into a competition in the first place, maybe if he was younger but now his voice has matured into perfection. He is in a league of his own. The judges should have told him to come as a guest. Dimash, other countries deserve to hear your voice live. You help us tune into the heavenly frequency! Dimash is so humble. He already won a competition and it was clear he would win. But he knew those kids needed it more and that grew my respect for him. I remember seeing this on TV and 10000% respecting Dimash. It showed what a kind person he is.

Couldnt agree with the way how some of the judges (not all) thought of him. He didnt even mean to disrespect anyone and the competition. He knew that he would have the highest chance to win the show. But competing against the children, being an adult, he must have felt really unfair for them! Come on RuPaul! The way u saw the situation was so pessimistic and mean! "how dare you disrespect the competition" lol. He came to the "world's best" stage and performed for all to hear. 1) People can't help but to compare all that is performed on the stage. A level of competition happens regardless, if you want to talk about competition. If that male judge is honest his word would be "How dare you disrespect what I think of you and ultimately vote for you or give you however much points etc, which is utterly meaningless. getting a "yah i'm#1 cuz a bunch of voting judges deemed it so" or getting a trophy means nothing. 2) Funny that woman mentions whitney houston and Adele. Whitney Houston was using that stage to perform, not to beat any other singer and win some competition, she didn't get famous that way, she was already Whitney, it's just a chance to perform. She was signed to a label before any of this reality singing competition crap. Adele got a label too after graduation and she won critic choice awards and she won some public poll. But she never was in any singing competition vs other singers. Very few good artists are ever willing participate in any explicit competition. Sure you can compare numbers and charts and so on, but those are not a direct explicit competition the artists willing joined to beat other artists. There are few beefs over the years but that's nothing like a singing competition. Music is not about direct competition like this, and those judges should have this very basic idea retaught to them. Imagine Elvis or Beatles join a singing or band competition to be judged by a few people, absolutely ridiculous. What the judges really mad about is that Dimash basically just flat out said what we all know "Look, I performed on this stage to the people and express my music, now that's done, the opinion of you few judges means nothing at the end. I don't care if you deem me winner or not, I didn't join this to crush and beat other singers, I joined this to express my music to more audience. Now that's done, rest is not necessary or important. " He basically said the judges' opinion matters very little, which is absolutely true, and they can't take it and try to make it about some competition. "you know what you were getting into", yes he does, use the stage to perform, not to compete with anyone and certainly not to seek your approval or judgement. Just because you guys think it is a competition that heavily depends on your own views and judgement regarding who win and lose, doesn't mean Dimash has to play by your rules. Like Adele and Witney he simply used the stage to perform and say "bye" when it is done. Especially everyone knows he is better than anyone on the judge's panel by 10 levels. He called out a truth no other wannabe musicians dared to say, which is just the few that has the political influence in the music industry dictates who succeeds and who doesn't. Instead of purely music and the audience at large should dictate who is worth listening to. Those judges are not fit to sing with dimash, let alone judge him.
