Im 52 years old..I have listened to thousands of singers...I have entertainers I prefer over Dimash due to flavor but he is so good that he can force you to listen to styles of music you don't even care for...Im not a Country music fan but I would tune in if he was singing it🤣🤣 Dimash is hands down the best vocalist on the planet..past..present and future...this is 5 years ago...He is better now....I have yet to hear him even wobble a note live...He is perfect everytime...I actually want to witness a slight falter to prove he is human🤣....I suggest you react to Ogni Pietra 2021 or Stranger...Those 2 songs along with numerous others will blow you away more than this one...He is phenomenal!

It’s from the Show The Singer and this was from 2017 Dimash was born May 24 1994. He is 6”3’. He was 22 at the time this show he is 27 now. He sings in 13 languages but speaks Russian and Kazakh is learning English and Mandarin.Dimash is a very shy and humble person who loves his family, Country ( Kazakhstan) and hid fans which he calls his Dears.He was invited to the Singer as a wild card by the producer only thinking he would last two rounds. Dimash took second place only because it was against their rules for a foreigner to win. They changed that rule the following year. Dimash was the first to sing on the show. No body knew about him not even his competitors ( the people you seen at the end being surprised). This is the first performance in a contest in China and they did not know what to expect. This was a contest for professional singers and he was not well known and a wild card that wasn't expected to last for more than 3 songs. But he shocked everyone and the Chinese internet was shut down from over 600 million getting online to learn more about him. Next day he awoke to find bodyguards assigned to him. He became a star with one performance and and has not slowed down in his assent to become a legend. He had many sell-out concerts( one this month in Dubai) and his concert in NYC was a big event and his first in USA. He is singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, actor, dancer, fashion model, and in textbooks in several countries in Europe, Asia and Russia, as a role model for students. He is also a humanitarian, and gives of himself to others. he sounds too good to be true, but he is; he has over 170 performances that are all worth watching.

You just witnessed the greatest vocalist alive. He’s from Kazakhstan, sings in 15 different languages, plays multiple musical instruments and is currently working on his PhD in music. He’s been training since the age of 5, has a 6-8 octave range (depending on who you ask) has absolute pitch, and is an amazingly humble man. He did this song again in 2021 on his official You Tube during a digital concert he did which raised money to purchase equipment for an oncology center in his home country of Kazakhstan. It is stunning and if you want angel, do a version of Ava Maria, written just for him by famous composer Igor Krutoy. It has no lyrics, just his voice in a vocalize. He sings in many languages including his native Kazakh, Russian, Ukrainian, Italian, English, Mandarin French, Turkish etc. He speaks fluent Kazakh of course, as well as Russian and he has worked hard and is now very good in English as well. The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. For reference, Mike Patton's documented range is 6 octaves, which is also exceptional. But, as Dimash says, it's not about how many octaves he has, a secret he says he won't reveal, but rather that he should sing well. In many of his songs Dimash will only use 2 or 3 octaves and just move listeners to tears with the beauty of his voice. Very enjoyable reaction. I don't usually subscribe on a first Dimash reaction but I have for yours. Dimash has millions of fans across 140 countries (he named them his Dears) and he is universally adored not just because of his voice or his stage presence but also because of the awesome, humble, grounded, loving and generous person that he is. He will surprise you every time, he floats from genre to genre singing anything from Opera to Rap and everything in between. Buckle up and enjoy the ride. I was tempted to look behind my laptop like a little kid to see if there was another singer hiding there.🤣 From that day on, not a day goes by that I don't hear Dimash. This song comes from the famous Canadian-French rock opera 'Starmania' 1978, well known in French-speaking countries) and is one of the most difficult songs to sing and made Dimash a mega-star overnight. The best comment from a Dear under this video: „If you are having a bad day, remember, someone had to sing after him.“ 🤣 The competition was open in 2013 to well-known professional singers from the music industry worldwide (theoretically). In reality, only 2 or 3 non-Chinese contestants (Koreans) attended the show. Foreign participants have been banned since 2016. Dimash Kudaibergen, is a Kazakh singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. He is university-trained in classical as well as contemporary music, and is known for his exceptionally wide vocal range. He has performed songs in fifteen languages. Although offered a position at the Astana Opera, he decided to carve out his career in contemporary music, mixing classical elements and traditional Kazakh music with pop music. SOS is Dimash masterpiece!! The Singer , it was a Chinese show for highly respected singers to compete, Dimash was the only non Chinese singer invited because the producer saw him perform for the Chinese and Kazakh presidents and was very impressed. He is from Kazakhstan and was the youngest ever competitor in 2017 at only 22 years old. This was his first performance on the show and the audience went wild for him. When the show was broadcast on tv he had to have bodyguards for the first time in his life as he had become a superstar overnight in China. He is now a world class artist, still just turned 27 on the 24th of May but touring the world to sell out arenas with his solo concerts, (on hold due to covid-19) he also performs in concerts with the famous Russian composer Igor Krutoy, is constantly collecting awards, attends many prestigious red carpet events, film festivals and even models for lots of high end fashion houses. He is university trained in Classical opera vocals to degree level, also holds a degree in contemporary pop music and jazz with a major in vocals, and now has finished his master degree in music composition. He is about to start his doctorate in Musicology.He has been having singing lessons from the age of 5 when his teacher noticed he had perfect pitch . He was offered a place at the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan but respectfully turned it down to pursue his own more contemporary musical career. He is a multi instrumentalist, more than 8 instruments and also sings in 12 different languages and has a range of over 6 octaves from a low bass A2 to a high soprano, plus a whistle register with his highest note so far being a 5 second D8 with vibrato. He is widely recognized as the best vocalist in the world. He speaks fluent Kazakh and Russian, is studying English and Mandarin and has conversational skills in both but not quite fluent yet. He is kind, humble, generous and modest, very elegant and very tall, Dimash is 6ft 3, 1/4. He was only 22 years old when he opened and won the very first episode of the I Am Singer Chinese show in 2017 with this performance of SOS - a showcase competition for well known, professional Chinese singers, with a voting audience of 500 people from the music industry. Dimash was the youngest and the first foreigner ever to be invited on the show (as a wildcard) and, as a total unknown in China, he wasn’t expected to last more than half the show. He astonished everyone, came second in the competition, an overnight sensation in China and a global phenomenon. He is a Kazakh, will turn 28 in May this year, is 6’3” and has been in training and studying since he was 5 years old. Just go to his official KZfaq channel Dimash Qudaibergen and watch from this point forward this was his first performance on the Chinese show "Singer" from 2017 he was 22 years old. He is now 27 and has done so many things since. He is a world renowned vocalist. You cannot call Dimash just a singer. You will see. Just watch everything he has done. He is an exceptional talent! Cuando yo empece a verlo inicie con SOS (Montaña rusa) Synfull Pasion (variedad de registros) o stranger de sus ultimas canciones Opera 2 (Contraste) Ogni pietra (mas Operistica) Unforgettable Day festival de Gakku (la nota mas alta alcanzada por dimash hasta la actualidad) y despues segui con todas sus canciones en todas ellas sorprende y emociona por mas que esperes la sorpresa cuando llega no estas preparado para ella Ademas la misma cancion en actuaciones diferentes siempre le hace pequeños cambios para mejorarlas nunca son iguales dos representaciones de la misma cancion en lo que respecta a la interpretacion de la misma

Kazakh guy, Chinese show, French song ! "SOS d'un terrien en détresse" is a French song composed by Michel Berger and written by Luc Plamondon in 1978 for the rock opera Starmania

This was his 1st performance in China which resulted in worldwide recognition. He blew them away to the point that he had to have bodyguards the next day. He was just 22 years old at the time on his first time in China. A young man from Kazakhstan singing a French song to a Chinese audience. He didn't win because foreigners can't win that competition. But he did come in 2nd. 😃
