Dimash came up eith the idea for the video, and those backing vocals, they were all his voice layered. He had his leather outfit specially made for him in China, and the tie-pin, it was a dragon 🐉 As always Dimash was Music Producer, as well as composer. He had his words put into English lyrics. He is always very involved in the making of all his music videos, they are all minj movies of exceptional quality. He loves making these story led MVs and he is as you say a very good actor and has a lot of fun making them. Dimash is now Dr. Qudaibergen (Ph.D.) This actually happened in spring of 2023. He would never flaunt it but his parents did post a picture of them with him in his robe and wrote everything in Kazak All three of his degrees are in music but his IQ seems to know no bounds...Sort of like his vocals.

Many songs represent his range and control, this differs showing he has a box of tricks that we haven’t heard him do elsewhere. It is refreshing to see him do something different. I had always wonder how his voice would handle blues, and this song answers that question.

Dimash does not do cheap MV's. He is a man who seems to be a perfectionist and always strives to do his best. You really should check out his MV, The Story of One Sky. It is 12 minutes long and it is a serious video about war and the need for peace and acceptance of others. He spent 3 years composing the music to it. While he did not write the lyrics, he did create the story line, sang every note, and is one of the main characters and yes, his acting is fantastic. The video is hard to watch because it is tense and at times very sad but it is brilliant.

Thank you! I love PhantaCity songs. It is a Chinese tv show that puts young directors with young singers and they make a extended video with songs. That was Dimash’s first coached acting/singing gig IMO. The behind the scenes of him is just heartwarming. To see him as a kid trying so hard to act…🥰 they won I believe also.
