Dimashali is Dimash's production company, he owns along with his family. He controls everything he does from music, to clothing to makeup, to concepts, & he has people who can bring his visions to life when he explains what he wants, & how he wants it. He signs no contracts as he doesn't want anyone else controlling anything he wants to do & how to do it. His dad is Kanat Aibayev, listed as producer as well. Most stage crew etc., are also friends & family. This is my favourite MV, but everything he does is a masterpiece. When he asks someone to write lyrics, he tells them exactly what he wants to say, how to say it, & in what language, as well. He controls all his output of everything.

The only thing you can ever predict with Dimash is that he will be totally unpredictable. You can never tell what direction musically he's going to move in. As for his music videos, they are always next level mini movies and they are so good it's hard to pick a favourite. If I had to, it would be The Story of One Sky but that would be closely followed by Akkuym and then Okay but he's just released the teaser for the new one Smoke, and that looks pretty incredible too.

His music video to the song The Story of One Sky is a nine minute short film. He wrote the screenplay, composed the stunning song and sang what is basically the soundtrack to the film which tells the story of much impact. He worked on it for three years, spent millions to produce it and his acting is excellent. You only hear him sing but you never see him sing except for one crucial and impossible moment. He performed the song live at his concert at Almaty the night before the music video was released. Both the music video and his live performance of the truly remarkable piece will leave you stunned, crying and/or speechless.

Dimash has never signed with another production company or label because he wanted to be in complete control of his music and his musical direction. DimashAli is in fact his own production company headed up by his dad, who is a well-known musician in Kazakhstan as well, as is his mother. His younger brother is also an instrumentalist and songwriter and composer and has performed with Dimash on stage and in videos before. His sister is also a beautiful vocalist but has chosen to not pursue music as a career and is pursuing a career in the medical field.

“Story of one sky” is an MV for humanity! Spectacular production, but the message is what Dimash is about! Please watch it and then I truly recommend you watch him perform this masterpiece live! We waited so long for this and it was worth it. Who knew we needed a long-haired Dimash! This is a mash up of Bram Stoker's "Dracula", "Interview With a Vampire", Michael Jackson's "Thriller" and Meatloaf's "Bat Out of Hell". Love this mv. All his music videos are cinematic. Yes, Dimashali is his own production company. His father, Kanat, is the general producer. Dimash surrounds himself with family and friends because he knows they will protect his creativity and vision. That is one reason he does sign with a label. He has complete and total control of his music.

Dimash is everything that you have heard but something that I have never heard from anyone except myself repeatedly saying: Dimash is for peace in a big way. This is why everyone is dear to. Check his background, especially the country he is from, and then bring it in line with wars prevailing around the world today. He created "The Story of One Sky", "War and Peace". Why?
