That's actually crazy because the first half of 2022 absolutely sucked for me too. I was the most depressed I'd ever been and barely surviving through my take two junior year of undergrad. I had the summer to recover, and during my senior year, I performed way better because I felt so much better, and I met my now-fiance!

My mantra is "happy body, happy moves" 😀

I'm doing it too! Thanks to you girly! I launch all of my projects and gained confidence by watching your videos nonstop! And learning things even the ones that I thought were not for me (like the Etsy shop) and now I have my own Etsy shop and launched my mindset and women empowerment coaching business .. my passion and my purpose!
