Waleska just keep watching My Mister after you finished it you can agree why is it a masterpiece. When I start watching My Mister I was just like you I thought I'm not gonna like it and just stop watching cause you know it's not a typical kdrama it has a deep and heavy genre it requires you're full attention to the scenes and their lines. The OST are so good especially Dear Moon and Adult everytime I hear it, it's makes me emotional fun fact IU wrote Dear Moon and let Kim Jehwi her Guitarist sing it and IU actually won a Best Actress for that drama.

Many YG artists speaks/sings in English with an American accent eventhough they didn't study abroad. Mainly because they are very meticulous in it, in one video of VINII who doesn't really speaks english... the YG producers working with him taught him how he should pronounce it. YG trainees are encourage to perform english songs during their monthly evaluations. And the YG environment is pretty much full of Korean-Americans, a lot of their producers are Koreans who were raised in the US.

IU’s pitching is PERFECT which is why her live is always so good. And also why so many artists look up to her, it’s one of her many gifts. Yes there are other artists with stronger voices and who belts more, but her control to sound as dreamy and soft and amazing is actually very difficult.

You're so true it would've been great if Taeyeon and Kyuhyun (arguably) two of the best male and female vocal in SM to have an official duet project together. But until now it's remains a mystery why SM never let it happen. I also agree Kyuhyun's "Together" and Taeyeon's "weekend" really had that same vibe. They also promote these songs at the same time.

IU had been with her label from her debut loen > fave ent > kakao m all the same label but the name changes may confuse you. Her current label edam which is run by her longtime manager is a sub label of kakao so technically she hasnt really left. Earlier this year edam signed an actress & they are the only 2 under the label. IU is jokingly called CEO by her staff so that might be where u got mixed up. Perhaps if u watch a video in the future about her interactions with staff you'll understand why that is. Shes well known for taking care of her staff known as team iu by ensuring that all her staff would be given job stability & raises when discussing her own contract renewal. Regarding big mama i dont know too much background info but i think they are all professors which explains the whole textbook technique

You have to listen to 'Day and Night' by Jeung Seung Hwan( the guy who sang the 'My Mister Ost'). It gives you the comfort you never knew you needed. He's truly an amazing singer.

fun fact: Sam Kim, Lee hi, Jung Seung Hwan and AKMU all came from a survival show called Kpop Star which is co-hosted by YG, JYP and SM(for the first two seasons) or Antenna(for the later seasons, the label where Sam Kim and Jung Seung Hwan are signed in). The show select complete amateurs and ordinary people to build the next kpopstar. So the selection criteria are not really how good the techniques are but rather the potential and star quality the judges(CEOs of the big three, JYP and YG himself, boa and You Hee-yeol) see in the candidates. The champion of each season are granted the right to select whichever companies they want to sign in and debut right away under the label. And the companies will sign with the other candidates that they are interested in after the show ends. AKMU was the champion of Season 2 and they decided themselves that they wanted to debut under YG. And YG gave them a lot of freedom in their own music production and training. Lee hi won second place on Season 1 where the champion was Jamie Park. And Jung Seung Hwan, Sam Kim came in later seasons. All of them were untrained highschool students when they attended the show and the judges tend not to like candidates who received proper training. It is a very intriguing show. You can see from the show a lot of big names currently in the kpop industry. Also, it is fun to see how the training method and selection criteria differ in different labels. Really hope Waleska and Efra can watch or react clips of the show in the future.

She only lisent to English songs since she is little. She doesn't speak English fluently but is pretty good at it and even in others languages like Japanese or Chinese she has a good pronunciation, maybe she is only a little genius 🤭 However with her new album, half of songs in 4ONLY is written by Lee Hi and yeahh we can see more her true color from now because she is involved in everything and she decided like she produced 4ONLY.
