Guy is definitely an underrated character. He's such a stable, loving person and a good presence in Diane's life. I'm glad they stayed together 'til the end.

The way he talks about how his dad, and the type of women he dates, is way too much of an observational behavior for him to be able to notice, yet still be so in the dark about his own divorced parents constant fighting. I think his mom made Sonny believe that's the type of women his dad dates, and implanted the idea that they'll be back together, because she's still in love with Guy, and is using Sonny as an unknowing sabotage tool against any women he has a relationship with. It's kind of fucked up to think about.

The part where Diane bonds with Sonny over the book she wrote is one of the most beautiful moments in Bojack, in my opinion. Diane wanted more then anything to write something that would have a positive change on the world. She finally created something that can change the lives of people for the better just by virtue of existing, no extra action required.

In a way she really helped him out. He can't keep living in denial like that's its not healthy. She pulled the band aid for him.

I really like how Diane ballooned in her weight but no one shames her over it nor really mentions it, in fact she seems much happier at that shape than before.

The "Oh yeah he's a child" moment. I can't actually remember if Dianne has interacted much with young people before this scenes.

Guy was arguably the healthiest relationship Diane ever had and he’s the better marriage partner. He listened, he supported her and he encouraged her to heal her mental health. Even when she gained weight and was taking meds he still stood by her side and loved her as she was. Flaws and all ♥️

I absolutely was so happy for Diane when she bonded with Sonny over the book. She made a positive impact on someone special. I think Diane will struggle to be a mom but I think she will find her way! It's a shame we won't ever see Diane and Guy's wedding.

I know this is a rough scene, but it's clear how much someone on the show loves Chicago, and as a Chicagoan, it melts my heart

I understand Sonny's point of view Hes just a kid, of course he wants his parents together, but probably deep inside he knows that wont happen seing his dad date other people over and over so Diane confirming this was probably the straw that broke the camel's back. And why would he want to get to know Diane, if shes going to be gone the moment hid dad fixes her

I usually never feel guilty for laughing at the jokes in this show but damn, I felt like a bitch for spontaneously laughing at Sonny breaking down like that. Poor kid.

I think this has to be my favorite BoJack scene. The way Sonny says "That's so mean!" cracks me up. I've lost count how many times I've rewatched this. 🤣🤣🤣

I love Guy and Diane’s relationship, he wants what best for her, he sort of pushed for Diane to go back on anti-depressants but let her make the decision and when she voiced her concerns he listened but still persisted bc it’s what was best for her, and Diane made comments about her gaining weight and he didn’t care one but bc he knew they would help and he knew he would love her no matter what, I only disagreed with him sending the book to Princess Carolyn when Diane didn’t want him too but all in all I love their relationship and his character

Lady is definitely toxic and infects her son. She later tries to move Sonny away from Diane but she's cool with it.
