How is the current 20mA if we're dividing v/ohms so wouldn't you convert it?

0.7 - 0.3 / 20 ohm = 0.4 / 20 = 0.02 A. And that is equal to 20 mA. I hope, it will clear your doubt.

Its given in the question. The voltage drop of diode D2 is 0.3V. Please check the question at the beginning for more info.

Assume both the diodes to be conducting and calculate the current through each diode. Current through D1 will come out to be negative and D2 to be positive. Thus D1 off and D2 on.
