How to correctly build and sqaure up a diode laser frame made from aluminium profiles.
Diode laser correct assembly. Eccentric nut adjustment. Flat spots on wheels. Cable installation. Tin foil to square the frame
You will need a set square, or a sheet of paper and some tin foil. We are not roasting a chicken today we are squaring up diode laser frame.

The brass smoke guard is 15.2mm high, 14.2 inside touching the threads and 18mm diameter.
