Diode lasers using the focus block correctly. I find that the Longer Ray5 10W unit can STEP the focus out by 1.24mm and thats a massive amount. Here i show you the issue.
** UPDATE CORRECTION **
At this stage of my investigation i think the correct place to position the 50mm focus block is on the laser module and NOT on the backplate.
Still this video highlights thats it very easy to use the focus block in-correctly. As if you don't push it far enough back you will be using the backblate to focus from which in my case is 1.24mm higher, so your focus will be out
