The video has been very good brother I'm in a problem buying a Dir-615, the router I actually bought with your router does not match. How I Identified: (1) There are a Yellow Port on the router you have shown but all the port black in the router I have purchased. (2) D-link logo white color on the router you show, but in my purchase black color that mixes with router's color and can not be seen from a distance. (3) There are many lights on your router shown, such as power and 4 lanes for four lan ports, around 7 LED lights, but only three lights in front of my purchased router have not been given lights for any lan port. (4) The yellow color lens inside the box of your router was simply not in my purchased router. My router purchase date is 1st May 2019 Price 1450 If you are a commentator, then please say that the link was changed to the design in 2019 or is it a copy router. thanks brother. Answer: I would benefit.

The latest hardware is X1 for DIR-615 and has modifications in interface, outer appearance compared to older hardware whose versions were T1/T2/T3. I bought a DIR 615 router yesterday and I am trying to setup. But the page that is shown here, isn't the page I am getting after searching the ip address. Can't follow it up! Please help.

Does it really support upto 300mbps???? I have a 100 mbps fibre connection and the speed I get is just 50mbps !! Please provide some support

My internet service provider says my connection is dynamic type. The internet is working when I connect the ethernet cable directly to my device, but it's not working when connecting wirelessly via the router, what's the issue with the router?

What is the connection type you have selected while configuring the router for internet connection. Does the WAN status on the router shows connected?

This is not a DSL router. You cannot use it with a RJ-11 cable but if you have a modem/router whose output is a RJ-45 connector than it can be used with this router.

Hi. When I type the user and password provided in the manual and the router it pops up a dialog box that says it's wrong, I've reset it several times and the same error appears. Can anyone please help me?

You can try entering the MAC address of the router which is there on the white sticker beneath the router without entering the colon punctuations.

For internet usage, you will require an ISP connection.

The cable coming from your Internet service Provider (ISP) will be connected to the WAN port of the router.

It will work irrespective of the location if there is a an internet connection (ISP) available.
