หรือเปล่า simply means “or not?” Like Are you serious (or not) = คุณจริงจังหรือเปล่า

Word of advice. Fix your intro on your advertising. Why would I trust you about Thai language, if you make a simple mistake in your ad? “It really depends” not “it’s really depends” Just wanna help because I noticed it
