@Shen Shen I found it not particularly harrowing nor meaningful. Really. Not at all. It felt like it wanted desperately to score that hail-mary touchdown to come from behind for the win, but it never earned any of my enthrallment. It's a boring, pretenious, meaningless, meandering affectation of art.

The time he asks what important person the directors would like to have dinner with, and so Ryan says that at the moment he would invite his mother, and then the interviewer rudely says that nobody there knew her so Coogler had to pick another person, you can see how everyone at the table was uncomfortable. I mean, Bradley just had choose his teacher right before. What a disaster.

thats what kills me about ungratefull athletes, politicians, and celebrities. most people make 30k or less and want to put a gun in their mouth each day. every person should have to have a crap job for a short time to appreciate it when they make it. This interviewer needs to go, he’s always looking for dirt, but these people are too smart, talented and respectful to sink to that level. Also I don’t know Ryan Cooglers mom, but it would of been nice to hear about her instead of shutting him down.
