In this video I make a bench to put on and store my Carolina work boots!
I got the idea because I need to organize the several boots I have. Mid process I decided to make one with a leather top. My attempt to impress the leather did work so well so I used Weaver leather tools to highlight the logo!

As another reviewer mentioned, most projects require a lot of high-dollar equipment that most of us don’t have the room or budget for. But, knowing how to do these things, even if we won’t be able to practice the full stack project, is still great.

Great little project. I loved it when you were hammering in the tacks to hold the leather in place, at 8:10 your Apple Watch said that the decibels were now too high. I need one of these. Bugger standing up to put my boots on and off. 👍🏻

To help pull my boots on, I use a radiator hose hook with a molded handle.... this all looks awesome !!

I like when you use your Shopbot. I've had mine for 16 years. You should consider getting an "Indexer" so you can make spiral works of art. I'll teach you how to make a "left handed spiral inside of a hollow right handed spiral" if you want!

I'm curious if you've seen any of your CNC projects like this with the "tab & slot" construction method loosen over time with use if glue isn't used? For my job I have been thinking of making a system of interchangeable parts that would allow reconfiguration, so eliminating the glue up would be great...
