Dirt Bike Winter Ride and Camp at Millican OHV Area new Bend Oregon.

A good friend of mine, Throttlebody on ADV Rider, threw out an invite to a "Dirt Bike Winter" event out at the Millican OHV Area just east of Bend Oregon. We try to do these "Dirt Bike Winter" events a few times in the off-season to keep our bikes and bodies in riding shape. Of course, everything has been different this year, and this was the first one this year. Even then, we got a huge snow storm since this weekend, and things are a lot different now.
This was my first time over Santiam Pass since the fires last year. So I captured some of that journey along the way.

New subscriber here. I like your dirtbike content, traveling around and exploring new places. Your videos have shown me a few that I was not aware of, thank you! I would rather hear the bikes then the music but I'm sure the wind doesnt help with that much. Overall nice editing and great content.

Brrr. I almost went, but it looked to be the wrong weather for the kind of tent I've got.

It was pretty cold for tent camping. We had one guy camping in a tent, but he was a double mummy bagger...pretty cold for tent camping. Doing it again in a few weeks out at Cline Buttes, don't expect it to much warmer by then though.

Scott, great to meet you at the lookout point above the Crooked River. I hope your friend with the stalled bike got out ok and got the mechanical issue resolved. I subbed !

I ride this area regularly. Lots of trails and terrain options on the north end

Great content! Quick question for you Scott. How far is OHV from Sisters? I only ask because I will be up there starting in June for work. But if there’s places like this to ride around Sisters. Then I’m definitely taking my bike!👌

15 minutes east of Sisters.
