Yes. The wheels are VERY loud in hard floors. But I didn’t realize that you could put a rubber band to make it stop. That vacuum just broke about 2 weeks ago so I can’t use it anymore but if I buy another one, I’ll definitely try that! Thanks!!

@@barbaraw7870 there were some boxes right above this vacuums and they came crashing down snapping the clean head in half from all the weight. I do recommend it but my issue is that it’s the same price as the Bissell powerforce compact. Which is a small vacuum at Walmart. But it’s not as convenient as the dirt Devil. So if you have an upright vacuum and you just want a stick vac, definitely go with the dirt Devil.

Yes. It’s not the best on hard floors. But it general does quite well. Much better than I personally expected.

Here is what I can recommend. Check for blockages. Main areas are between the cleaner head and the main body, and where the dirt enters the bin. If that is all clear, check the fan that is behind the red plastic grate once the bin is removed. If there is stuff stuck in there, do your best to remove it. It will be difficult. The next thing is the filter. You said you washed the filter, which is a good thing. Remove the filter and put the cansister back on. No filter though. Suck up something large like a piece of dog food or pasta. Something that can’t go through that plastic grate protecting the motor. If the suction is strong, that means you need to buy a new filter. If there is still no suction. After everything you’ve tried. Cleaning the fan, filter, and looking for blockages, it might be time for a new one. Or a different one if you want to try that out too. The point of the video was to show how well it did or did not pick up. Not how to use it. This was not a failed demonstration. It is actually a perfect demonstration. To remove the bin, push the button at top of the canister. Then pull out the filter. That’s it. Don’t say my demonstration was failed when you could have read the instructions it came with or made a nice comment asking. Now go eat your chicken free vegan gross salad by yourself

You got me! Ok, sure, read your description again, ‘mess test’. Not a demonstration of how to use. I kept going and found one by an 10 yo who went through it by detail. A friend gave me the vac, no box, no instructions and I couldn’t get the darn filter box to open. Imagine if all the videos I went through, even the ones that said test or demonstration, the actual videos were inconsistent with the description, and again, I found only one that actually showed how to open the filter box. My good right hand is missing a thumb so sometimes things are difficult to open, especially without any instructions to follow. Now go suck up to your vacuum 🤣
