In this clip, Nick is going to show you an underrated but very effective move that you can use to great effect in the street. It's very simple - you just pull your opponent's shirt over his head.
Now, why would this trick be any good in a street fight? It allows you to trap an attacker, angle his strikes away from you, push him away, and otherwise manipulate his body to expose him to your hits.
To execute this move, watch for the moment when your opponent puts his head down or bends his upper body - usually when reacting to a hit, to block a punch, or to go into a clinch. Whenever this happens, grab onto his shirt and pull it towards you, over the attacker's head.
From there, it's up to you - there are dozens of ways to attack or defend from this position. Hit with your knees and elbows, force the guy to the ground, trap him, push him away, do what you have to do. With the shirt blocking his view and movements, he will have a much harder time resisting you!
