Quick question, I bought an M235i with the Dinan stage 3 package I have the catless DP that I want to install , but Dinan doesn't provide a tune for the check engine light, if I purchase this just for the disabling the catless option would it mess with the Dinan tune? thanks!

I currently have stage 1 from VF Engineering with stock downpipes. Going Stage 2 with Armytrix catless downpipes soon.

How can I remove the check engine light regarding the downpipe & custom exhuast fabrications axel back? Is there a way to remove the codding ONLY for the exhaust part and not the check engine entirely? Is there a sensory cap I cam plug in to trick the system? I believe the exhuast has a sensory plug too. So wouldn't I need to do something about that also or this coddling edit is enough? (2018 BMW 230i F22) PLEASE HELP 🙏🏼🙈

I used 2 spark plug defoulers on the 2nd O2, I didn't get CEL for a month, then came on, I reset it with bimmerlink and since then it's been a year ! CEL hasn't come back, so that's a much cheaper way to do it. For all those who says defoulers don't work on new bimmer engine, they haven't tried it, I am living proof it still works.

That’s really what the only reason that code is there. I personally would like to disable it because I find the light annoying, and I’d also like to be notified if another problem occurs.

I’m guessing that also works for the mk5 Supra as well. Will it void the warranty because these adapter defoulers don’t work for shit. I’ve tried them all.

Those sun visor decals are super annoying, especially at night. I was glad I removed mine very early on. Car looks so much cleaner inside. There's some good videos on here that walk you thru it. In a few years they're baked on and much more difficult to remove.

You can turn off the CEL using Bootmod3. I lived in NJ and theres a map on bm3 for tri state area by a local tuner which you flash your car to this map for emissions then once u pass u can go back to stage 1/2 etc.

@@Gabriel-jz6hx do you know which tuner provides that tune? I have a 340 with a stage 2 from bm3 and catless downpipe. Inspection is due now and I have zero idea on how to pass inspection.
