We are struggling with the weather too mate, depressing at the minute and some jobs are starting to fall behind, regarding the resin, it’s good to use, don’t be fooled by people saying you can just brush it in though haha, needs to be pushed in and then brushed, loving the vids pal

Cheers Stephen .yere I prefer it cold than bloody rain .yes i like the the look of resin .and I am sure it will last if done right.i have never had the chance to put it in yet .all my customers want mortar.on this job she taking the resin out and putting mortar in all of it . because the resin keeps coming out .but it's probably not been put in right or not deep enough . hopefully one day I can give it ago .but I don't mind mortar if the weather is right lol 👍👍👍

Sat in the house as we speak Mark rained off again its a nightmare now ridiculous the weather. We use flowpoint for pointing up them flags mate its a rappid set much easier we found and way quicker .if you decide to use it ill give you a heads up on it mate just give me a ring use it once then every time .Feel you mate where all feeling it its crap all this rain bonkers now 👍

Bloody hell .yere I think you got it worse than us at min and it bad hear lol .I carnt use it on this job customer wants sand and cement.but I am hoping to use it on other jobs .so I will definitely be asking you for advice lol 👍👍👍

Flowpoint is pretty much sand cement light don’t effect to much also. Weathers shit. 🤙

stay away from the resin it turns black after a year or two ..especially geofix .. stick with what you,re doing it,s much better ..👍@@markhep

@@markhep yes mate saw the Americans using them, bought a couple of cheap ones of Amazon lasted a full house repoint . But now found Marshalltown do one. Can really get the m2 in and if the mix is just right fairly easy going

@@markhep check out the videos on here of people using it , it’s 20 times quicker than traditional pointing no cracking as well different colors to match different flags

What a bugger. At least with normal brickwork you can put some plastic on top. Working in shitty weather is a pain. You find yourself expending about twice the effort yet get half done. That’s about 25% productivity. On the positive side you are you’re own boss and can have holidays whenever you want. Or something like that 😏

😂Yere pointing like that you definitely need a full dry day .yes lol I love having my own jobs but definitely think it's more work than when I was on sites .less harder on your body than on sites but definitely more mental stress 😂😂👍👍👍

Definitely mate . would even need to water it lol with all this water . customer is pulling all the resin out round the back she wants mortar.the resin she had in as all come out .think cement lasts longer .but honestly I have know idea what's better never had the chance to use the resin yet .👍👍👍

@@markhep we repointed and 200m2 sandstone patio Beak finish. Joints before filing were full of water. Rapid cement and accelerator and dryer mix still touch and go

Sat in the van as storm Debi kicks off . Had to take the gazebo down so it doesn’t take off, now it’s raining but the app says dry all day, this weather is friggin relentless 🌪️🌬️🌧️💦☔️🖕🧱👍🏽
