If you look at the footage of the rocket that hit the children's hospital, it's certainly NOT a Kalibr missile. Its "wings" in the middle are far too short. If Russia hit a children's hospital it's for only 2 reasons. The missile hit the wrong target or the Ukrainian army was utilising the building to house soldiers or equipment (which I think is most likely). The difference between sides is that russia is the aggressor, an Ukraine is the victim of aggression, and you cannot treat them in the same way. The victim has all the right to strike any part of an aggressive country and should not be blamed for that. The same thing applied in WW2 with strategic bombing of Germany. British pilots were bombing German cities and were right about that, because Germany has, in its own will, started an aggressive war.
