Awesome. Quick question. Every time I change my settings in Vdj. It’s not saved. I’ll change settings, (like colored waveforms or stutter) Close software, open again the settings are saved, But after I close the software again and come back later. it’s like I’m opening it for the first time. Is it Catalina or VDJ? Thanks for any info

Sometimes the folder where your VDJ info is saved isn't set to allow changes. Here is a link from VDJ on how to make sure the VDJ folder allows the program to save changes. Hope this helps. Thanks for Watching - www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Settings%20not%20saving.html

hi Joseph where can I download that serato skin you are using for this video?

That was not the Serato skin. It is my customized version of a skin called "ControllerHD by Dennyo". You can find it on the vdj web site. If you want the Serato skin just do an online search for it. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.

is there a keyboard short cut to load songs...? like in SERATO, you use shift and the arrow keys.. i havent been able to find a shortcut for VDJ... or is this something that you creat on your own ? and if so then how,.. thank you..

It's actually ALT+right arrow for right deck and ALT+left arrow for left deck. All of the keyboard shortcuts are in the config area under "controllers", just choose "keyboard" at the top to see them. Also if you do a search on the internet there is the actual Serato keyboard midi mapping for VDJ out there. Worst case you can always make the mapping your self. Hope that helped. just map any button ( controller/ custom button in the skin/ keyboard button ) with the action " load " . This will load any song you have highlighted in the browser to your deck. You can specify the decks using "deck 1 load" and/ or "deck 2 load"
