Basically compost under the seed. Use any good compost. Looks like she added ash. Need some sand in the soil mix also. Fertilizer you will have time to figure out later as the palm tree grows.

The grasses itself were from a different wet garden....the mud attached to the grasses were very different...obviuosly , it was intentionally put there to make it appear , grasses grow in the plastic container....

The first nut is green,the last nut is dry. She used toothpaste so the green liquid has to be Listerine. A NUT has one embryo so there has to be a .graft. She sure fooled some people. And the nut also produced new ends. Sha can help amputees grow new limbs.

Nunca le va a dar los ingredientes, porque es mentira,ese coco está nuevo y es imposible que pueda repollar una mata,el coco necesita estar seco sino se pudre por dentro.aqui hay kilómetros de matas de coco y es imposible como el lo hace

BS, That coconut would not developed it's not mature enough, every coconut have 3 eyes, ONLY 1 sprouts, plus it doesn't sprout head and tail .

I think it is impossible for a coconut to grow when the inside nut is not dry enough, the coconut will get rotten and stink.

Actually, what she did towards the later part like mixing some stuffs like onions, babana heart, garlic and that green liquid, were unnecessary because the seedling was already well developed. It was ready for transplanting. Those were ad-libs to add intrigues on the video and get more views.

In the whole process, the pineapple behind did not grow a single new leaf... tender coconut grew after cutting developed embryos on both ends (which is not possible)...those sprouts grew 4 leaves ....BUT THE POOR PINEAPPLE BEHIND DID NOT Budge ... not a single leaf added. Now that is real magic .
