In this video I have shown how I got my dell hinge replacement of Dell Inspiron 3511 as this hinge issue 2022 has caused lot of problem and Maine made it free me right. The technician visited my home and gave free of cost dell service as my laptop was under warranty. I have shown my complete experience from dell service at my home in this video. How I called to Dell customer service at 1800 425 8045. Under warranty, you will get free home service new parts replaced. It took 3-4 days' time for me to get it replaced after complaint.

Mam which plan you have buy when you have purchased your laptop , cause in my case I have basic plan and they are saying that it will cost you 4500 when screen is not broken , your video helped me so that I can tell him that he should not charge .

so guys jin logo ko ab tak service nhi mili hy vo sab log consumer forum mein register complaint kare vo log dell ko notice bhejenge and tab dell apko refund ya naya laptop replace karega coming to my case mene jan 26th ko laptop liya tha and vo april 14ko hinge toot gaya and maine april15th ko dell ko contact karke complaint register kiya and lekin vo log shanghai mein lockdown ka bahana batate batate delay karte gaye and i fedded up and maine may 2nd ko consumer forum mein complaint kiya phir next 2days mein hi direct dell valo ka call aya case ke baareme enquire karne and tab maine mera problem bataya and dell valo phir 3days ke baad direct call karke lockdown tho abhi khulne vala nhi hy isiliye ap refund ya replace karne ko suggest kiye and vo refund mereko 60500 karenge bola tha agar replace huva tho same configuration vala laptop denge bole the i chose for replacement and then finally aaj mera laptop replace hogaya without not even paying a single rupee so i suggest everyone to register complaint in consumer forum

For me it took 4 days and yes it’s working fine after it! Looking into all other comments and delay I believe it is taking longer as compared to Earlier! I also called dell customer service

I also raised complaint on 12 april till now no response from replacement team and they are just giving excuse we have 30 to 40 days replacement policy. You have to wait till then

Yes I don’t think this should be a problem- aap cx service se jab baat karna to aap ek baar colour bhi Bata sakte ho taaki they give you as per your laptop Color 😊

Window backup you should always take beforehand and if system is slow you can try SSD I have yesterday created a video also on this
