Absolutely nostalgic Ross. Although we now live in Canada (I met you at your work in June at Saumarez Park Manor, you may remember?) the Douvres was our local when we lived in Guernsey. The first time I kissed my future wife was on the road from the pub to the Barbarie. Thanks for the memories.

Lovely drive Ross. We went down there in 2008 - that was our last visit home. Hope you got back OK - no other cars!! The most beautiful places of Guernsey are along that coast.

Walked there all the way from St.Peter port, along the coastal paths, down to the little cafe in the bay, then the steep climb up to /past the tower @ 7:40... lovely bay, mind you, the weather was somewhat better when I went 😊

Saints harbour from the cliffs is very picturesque.On your next outing try the water lanes.

Me too I wanted to go to this bay in July with my car but no parking possible (only 4 cars can park along the road). Because of the rain, no car today. And a stunning landscape. I thought you knew perfectly all the roads of Guernsey ! 😊

Signs and road markings are rubbish. God knows why the states don't do something about it. Don't want to spend the money I suppose.

One of my favourite bays. Worth the trouble to get there. 😊. Mind you , I never knew where that tiny road led to.....now I know . Thanks Ross 🙏

Nice video Ross. Brought back many happy memories from 1967 of my aunt and her friend val taking my cousins June and Kay and my sister Sue to Saints bay along with Johhny and Kevin my childhood friends. I seem to remember going several times.

My wife and I were on Guernsey while on vacation at the end of May / early June. We took a bus to St Martins then found some geocaches from there down to Saints Bay. The road that said you couldn't enter actually goes right down to the bay and a beach shack where we had lunch. There were a couple of pull-outs where you could park but it's mostly a walk down to the bay. Really like watching your videos and seeing many places that we went to while there.
