"If you do not find God within yourself, you do not find God at all." Instead of looking for your "soul mate" he says that when you connect to your own soul, then you understand that "Your very own soul is your soul mate." He also talks about the problem of information overload in the computer age and how to deal with it.

He is a Saturn teacher, that is why he rubs some people the wrong way, he didn't tell you what you wanted to hear, he told the TRUTH. The truth will set you free, and for some that profit on exploiting the weak, his style is very threatening. He gave to US so much...thank you Yogi Ji.

I lovea this man, and my daughteras too, 30 years ago, he saved my reason when I was 19 and ready 4 the psychiatric hospital. His kundalini yoga healed me and so he changed my life, So I still do his yoga and became a Sikh. Thanks Yogi Bhajan, I feel your love deep in my heart and I feel you very alive! Thanks ji 4 this video.

The heavy breathing (breath of fire as Yogi Bhajan called it) techniques, loud gong sounds ringing in your ears and hours of Yogi Bhajan mantra chanting, sometimes in front of his picture, put unsuspecting people into an almost trance like state, making students more susceptible to induction into the Yogi Bhajan cult. Yogi Bhajan would have us hold our arms up for hours in some "kriya" he made up. We were so exhausted after several hours that we'd believe or accept anything Yogi Bhajan said. So it is today with 3HO kundalini yoga trainers.

Awesome..Meditation is very important...for daily life and also for coming times...the thing which he is talking ..is about the search engines...knowledge is too much..available how to use it ..that is imp....that is why meditation is very important..

Yogi Bhajan, talks about meditation(kundalini yogaas) as a tool for mental clarity. "If you do not find God within yourself, you do not find God at all". He says; instead of looking for your "soul mate"; "Your very own soul is your soul mate." --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Love is everything's nature e.g. the nature of energetic expressions. We see the world through thoughts; just imagined drama and stories develop. Thus suffering and meaninglessness appear happening. The shift to boundless can happen but cannot be made. Before awakening, it is all about making it better as to find "it" somewhere in the world. But everything in the world comes and goes; hence emptiness is the end result. All appearances including you, are imaginations and your suffering is the energy of looking for something better. Rumi says, the person is a fiction and it just is as it is; the nature of existence and being in what is happening. The mind trying to find a meaning; but there exists no purpose at all as there is not someone in there who is choosing anything; not two.

I need help , I have been practicing yoga and meditation and I just wanted to discover this practice, kundalini. I,live on Long Island and don't where close that I could take K. Classes. I had amazing experience on few kundalini classes that I ve taken.
