Desi cows should be allowed to graze fresh grass freely not the machine cut one inside the shed. Even western countries farmers allow free grazing, india should be ahead of them in such things

A milking cow provides milk till only 5-6 years age, whereas they can live up to 20 years old. No dairy in India feeds cows after they stop giving milk as it doesn't make financial sense. That's the reason why we have so many cattle on the roads. I wonder what they do with the cows after they stop producing milk.

I've seen Cows giving great milk even during their 12th lactation which means the age of the Cow will be around 15 years of age or even more.

@@abhishekagarwal846 They might be the cows which are incapable to give birth or Cows with some diseases . Not all the Cows you see on the street are abondaned, some are still owned by people, they just let them roam around and will take them home only to milk and after milking they'll let them free. Some people incapable of taking care of Cows or people losing interest on Cows... all will just leave them on streets. There are so many such reasons. Maybe these large scale dairy farmers might also do that I don't know...but there are so many collective reasons.

Yeah right, this is an infomercial, not a fact finding report. I have often thought that cows in India are actually not all that sacred. I have seen them... roam the streets, like stray dogs, eating trash out of the terrible public trash heaps that function as "trash containers" only by name. This infomercial talks about "fairyland", a place that does not exist. Indians even eat meat now, many are no longer vegetarians. So they must also breed cows for slaughter... holy cow, poor holy cow! We humans will have the right to claim ourselves "spiritual" and "enlightened" the day we comprehend that animals were not made for us to kill and eat, or to exploit in any other way. It is immoral and unethical, to say the least. It's obvious to me, I hope it will become obvious to my sisters and brothers some day. This is what the true meaning of Ahimsa is.

Which milk did you drink in childhood ? Which milk do you prefer to make tea ? The cheese you eat, comes from which animal's milk ? Curd, lassi, sweets and many more things come from where ? Meanwhile a calf doesn't drink milk whole day fir his lifetime. It has been taken cared. Keep your western feminist, liberal agenda at yourself.
