Respeto. Walang ego.

Ganito dream job ko. A job wherein you don't feel it's a job. Looking for best dishes sa iba't ibang restaurants dito sa pinas tas you have the privilege to enter their kitchen and can see first hand kung paano process. Thanks chef for being an inspiration to us.

Chef, since late 70s pa po yan. I know kasi apo ako ni Lola Nene who created the recipe. I'm honestly insulted trying crispy pata elsewhere kc every where else is below par for me. 😁 The family is glad you liked it.

Sobrang humble na chef. For me he's a masterchef but still hindi sya nagmamarunong on the way other chef cooks their food. Ika nga nya may kanya kanyang way and style sila. Hindi din sya nagpakilala he just present himself as a regular customer. Some if not most food vloggers will introduce themselves off/on cam that's why they got special treatment. He even ask the chef itself where should he start and inalok nya pa kumain yung napadaan lang. The way he speaks his body language you know that he really is humble. This is the type of food/chef vlogger that we need. FYI he's a professional chef for years and a multi millionaire but still he's very humble. It's sad to say na mas sumisikat pa kesa sa kanya yung nga mayayabang ng food/chef vlogger with fake reactions on how the food really taste. Keep up Chef JP if time permits I'll try your sizzling kansi

Watched this with my parents and they were shocked you ate here. Brought so much nostalgia from 30 years ago when they used to chill there with friends after work 💕

This is my 3rd episode that I watched after a random viewing. My first was your palabok food trip in Quiapo. I am amazed and I like your content of featuring local food made by MSMEs. They need this kind of exposure aside from making people aware of the Filipino culture. I am also a foodie and whenever I travel, I always try their local food in order to know more about their culture. More power to you. Keep on doing this kind of content.

I remember nung high school kami, ang price ng crispy pata nila ay Php 90.00, then naging Php 100, then Php 120, etc. I think now, mga Php500 plus na. :) so imagine how many years na kaming suki ng Tumba Tumba. :) Sarap talaga! :)
