Today we are making another Filipino favorite ulam or pulutan - Crispy Pata.
This recipe is simple but the process takes a long time in order to achieve the superb crisp level that we want. But you'll see that it's definitely worth the wait!
I'll also make a flavorful dipping sauce for the dish.
The ingredients are
Pata
Dona Elena Pomace
Lemongrass
Pepper
Garlic
Salt
Onion
Vinegar
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Ginger
Tomato
Whole Black Pepper

I like Mayor Goma's style of cooking since his ingredients are so easy to find. His tips in cooking are so helpful for one who's trying to replicate his dish, not complicated at all!

The whole part of the video,we didn't see nag resbak at lumaban ang pata while it was fried 3x...whew! The best that Ive ever seen...Very sanitized while it was prepared and ang decency the way Mayor Goma do it, is just damned worth the time watching the video. Simple yet very entcing. Obvious na obvious napaka SAAAAARRRRAAAP....! Stay safe Mayor and your family. Keep well always, Sir! May God bless you more and more.

Nakakatuwa kase talagang lahat on the spot, hindi yung ready na agad na hiwa na lahat ng need hiwain. (Wala naman akong prob s iba na ready na lahat) natutuwa lang ako kay Sir Goma on the spot talaga parang luto talaga sa bahay. ❤❤

everytime po na nagluluto kayo ramdam ko yung passion nyo sa pagluluto, paborito ko po yang crispy pata, pero parang hindi ko po kayang lutuin, yun pong mga simpleng luto nyo na try ko na po at lahat sila nagustuhan ng pamilya ko especially yung mga may gata, stay safe Mayor and God Bless po
